Who can attend Bench/Bar?
Only judges, lawyers, and paralegals may register; the program is not open to the public.
How soon do I need to register?
The deadline for registration is January 27. After that date, a late fee of $25 applies. No cancellations or refunds will be granted after January 27. Payment by check or credit card must accompany registration.
What does my registration fee cover?
Half-day registration includes three hours of CLE in either the morning or the afternoon, and either continental breakfast or buffet lunch. Full day registration includes morning and afternoon sessions and both meals. All registrants will receive a notebook with materials for all of the sessions.
How do I register?
Online and telephone registrations are not available for this program. Download the form and forward it with your payment to the ACBA office at 924 South Calhoun Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802 OR Courthouse Box #37 OR fax to (260)423-1440.
How many hours of CLE credit will I earn at Bench/Bar?
Attendees may earn up to 6 hours of CLE. Morning and full day attendees will receive 1 hour of ethics CLE and will be eligible to earn an additional hour of ethics during one of the breakout sessions.
Where is this year's Bench/Bar?
Bench/Bar 2012 is being held at the Grand Wayne Center, in the Anthony Wayne Ballroom and Jefferson Meeting Rooms. The Grand Wayne is located at 120 West Jefferson Blvd., Fort Wayne, Indiana. Directions and parking information are available on the Grand Wayne's website.
